Payment Options
We provide various flexible payment options
(i) Credit Card ~ Visa, MasterCard  (We will Phone you for Credit Card Details, for security please do not email your Credit Card Details)
(ii) Internet Banking/ Direct Credit ~ Our bank account will be presented with your bank accounts login page.
(iii)  Cash on Collection & EFTPOS ~ If we have to order goods for you on Indent we require payment before proceeding with your order.
(iv) Lay-By Terms ~ Available on selected goods, Please enquire for terms to suit you, cancellation fees will apply.
(v) PayPal ~ We will send you an Paypal payment request.

Pricing
All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars include GST. Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted formally. Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to accepted formal orders.

Freight
Please make sure the address supplied is deliverable during business hours. If not, supply your place of work as an delivery address. It is your responsibility to supply all contact information clearly stated.

Available Stock
We try to maintain an inventory of popular selling goods, however demand can delete our stock & restocking is subject to our suppliers. If the product shows "please contact us" the supplier may not have the goods available, contact us to confirm availability.

Delivery Time
After the receipt of your funds we will process & dispatch goods immediately & in most cases will be overnight. However due to freight & supplying certain goods orders can take up to 5-7 work days to be delivered after the receipt of your funds, please consider this when making an order.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged or paid by other means. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed and your order was not shipped, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.

Returns Policy
We do not have to provide refunds if you have changed your mind about your purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that what you buy will work as you intend it to, please choose carefully. We may provide refunds if goods are returned within 30 days of the purchase date. As all returned goods are no longer New, Goods will be subject to restocking fee on a case-by-case basis, (30%+). Orders cancelled before we have shipped from its stored location is not subject to restocking fees; Indent Orders cancelled before we have shipped from its stored location is subject to restocking fees; if an order has already shipped, it is the purchaser's responsibility to accept the shipment and return the order per our Return Policy. Orders that are refused at the designated shipping address may incur shipping and handling fees. You are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns. We do not accept ANY software for refund; software returns are only accepted for replacements if the software is faulty. Products that were part of a bundle cannot be returned for refund separately.

Warranty
Returns for manufactured defects must first be authorized; please contact us in the 1st instance if you believe you have Goods with a manufactured defect or if you have any questions or concerns, DO NOT return the Goods to the Point Of Sale unless you are instructed to. The manufacturers warranty terms applies to all Goods that we resell. In the event of a manufacturing defect on Goods sold from this site we will issue a replacement or repair; depending on what is most practicable taken into account that most small electronic Goods do not have any serviceable parts. Goods that have been abused & used in a manner that caused a malfunction, the warranty claim will be invalid. If an item covered by warranty is no longer available for repair or replacement, Goods exchange will be issued for Goods with similar specifications. Goods acquired by the Buyer for business purposes the Consumer Guarantees act 1993 ("CG Act") does not apply; the Buyer agrees to indemnify the Seller against any liability or cost incurred by the Seller under the CG Act as a result of any breach by the Buyer of its obligations under the CG Act to any person; and nothing in these terms is intended to have the effect of contracting out of the provisions of the CG Act except to the extent permitted under that Act.
